• Name and email address through the Mighty Networks platform 

We use the information that you have given us in order to: 

• Contact course members and add them to our mailing list & database
• Contact talk participants and add them to our mailing list & database

We may share this information with:

• Our payment processing systems and VAT software linked to the Mighty Networks course platform and Acuity scheduling system

How we store your personal information:

Your information is securely stored on our contact database, including mailing list. 

We keep personal contact details and information to inform our services for 1 year after our services have ended. We will then dispose of your service specific information by removing it from the contact database. 

Note, you will only be removed from our mailing list if you choose to unsubscribe. 

 

Controlling your personal information
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
1. Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, we ask you to first read our privacy notice and by submitting, you are agreeing to how we use and store your information.

2. If you have already agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you can change your mind at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us at hello@cerihand.com

3. You can opt out of receiving marketing emails from our 3rd party course platform Mighty Networks in the settings.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR General Data Protection Rules 2018. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email hello@cerihand.com
