Q. How long do I have access to the Membership for?

The subscription renews monthly, if you choose to cancel the subscription you’ll retain your access to the network and membership until the billing cycle runs out on your active subscription. The current £5 per month subscription offer is valid for 12 months from the time of purchase under the condition that you have signed up between July, 29th, 2024 – September, 29th, 2024.

Q. How do I know when my next payment is coming up?

Log into your Mighty Networks account and navigate to the account area on the right hand button of the page, open the drop down and choose plans and purchases, choose the active subscription of the Membership and click through to the details of the plan, here you can access all information on the start date, next billing date and the subscription cost.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Log into your Mighty Networks account and navigate to the account menu on the right hand side of the screen, choose plans and purchases and click into active subscriptions. Underneath your plan details, click the cancel subscription button, the next pop up window will inform you about the remaining days of your subscription cycle, confirm the cancel button and your subscription is cancelled. You’ll have access to the Network and Membership until the active subscription ends.

Q. Do you provide refunds for past months?

No. We are a small but mighty team so politely request you consider whether it’s the right time and platform for you before you buy. That helps us create a positive and generous safe space for you to get the results you’re looking for.

This includes inactive users that have not participated in the group coaching or utilised the resource hub during their active subscription cycle.

Q. I can see the CERI HAND NETWORK inside the course hub. What is this?

This is our umbrella Mighty Network moniker and where we house all of our courses. At the moment, we are offering the Membership and our self-study course Unlock Your Artworld Network.

As a Ceri Hand Member you can purchase this course with a 20% discount. To activate this offer click on courses on the left hand side of the screen and scroll to the course page to access the plan.

Q. When are the live group coaching sessions?

The Live Group Coaching sessions are bi-weekly typically between Wednesdays – Fridays.
All the event times and dates are listed inside the Live Group Coaching section scheduled for the following six months rolling. We alternate the times between AM and PM slots so busy artists all over the world can attend. If you can’t attend the coaching call, you can watch the replay afterwards in your own time. You can also put your questions into the chat for Ceri to respond to. Group Coaching sessions are 1-hour long and hosted on Zoom.

Q. What if I am late to a group coaching session?

The co-host will monitor the Zoom door and admit registered participants to enter the virtual room. Participants will not be able to enter the room when 1:1 coaching takes place between participant and the coach to ensure we do not disturb the session. You’ll enter the waiting room and access will be admitted right after the individual’s session.

Q. Virtual Meeting Etiquette

When entering our zoom room you will be muted upon entry and you can only unmute yourself when the host or co-host prompts you to do so. Your camera will be switched on so do consider your background or if you wish you can switch off your camera during the call.

We encourage our members to identify themselves with their real names that can be changed and added in the participant’s personal Zoom settings.

We expect our members to be respectful, considerate and collaborative in group sessions, art surgeries or the member’s chat at all times. Please avoid offensive and derogatory language and be mindful of how humour and sarcasm is perceived through the chat, it may be misread as offensive and rude.

Members who do not follow the guidelines will be removed from the Membership as we are committed to creating positive, brave and safe spaces for our members. Thank you for understanding!

Q. I can’t log into my account. What do I do?

Q. What are art surgeries?

Art surgeries are weekly 30-minute rapid fire Q&A sessions where Ceri goes live inside the Membership hub. The timings of these sessions will be announced inside the member’s chat by the Ceri Hand team, so watch out for our blue speech bubbles in the chat for visual orientation. Art surgeries are not recorded.

Q. Is there a limit as to how many people can attend the Live group coaching sessions?

There is currently no limit to people attending the sessions but we will be monitoring numbers very closely to ensure the sessions are valuable to everyone and all questions are covered. We’ll inform course members about any updates to the format of the live group coaching sessions via the feed in the course hub.

Q. How do I speak to other members in the course hub?

You can use the chat feature in the top navigation to post questions, share stories, ideas and generally keep in touch with other members of the course community. There’s also a members list in the navigation to allow you to view other profiles and get to know who else is in the group. YOu can DM other members directly to build relationships and collaborations.
