The Live Group Coaching sessions are held bi-weekly, typically between Tuesday and Thursday. To accommodate artists worldwide, we alternate between AM and PM time slots. If you’re unable to attend a session live, you can access the replay at your convenience. Each session lasts 1 hour and is hosted on Zoom.
The Masterclass sessions are held monthly, typically between Tuesday and Thursday, always in the evening from 5:00 to 7:00 PM GMT. If you’re unable to attend live, you can watch the replay at your convenience. Each session lasts 2 hours and is hosted on Zoom. There are 7 Masterclasses in total.
The Circle Forum is a monthly structured problem-solving workshop designed to help artists tackle a specific challenge they are facing. The session leverages the collective wisdom and experience of the group to generate actionable solutions and ensure the participants leave with clear next steps. These sessions are typically scheduled between Tuesday and Thursday to accommodate artists worldwide, with alternating AM and PM time slots. Please note that these sessions are not recorded. We kindly ask that you arrive promptly to ensure the best experience for everyone.
The in-person dinner will be held in London during the 6-month Artist Mastermind Circle programme and is curated by Rike to accommodate all participants.
To confirm your spot, we require either full payment or a deposit equivalent to one month’s subscription. If you choose the deposit option, we will send you the access links to the Network one week before the first group coaching session. At that point, you can either pay the remaining balance in full, minus the deposit, or choose to pay monthly, with one less instalment.
Log into your Mighty Networks account and navigate to the account area on the right-hand side of the page. Open the drop-down menu and select “Plans and Purchases.” From there, choose the active subscription for the Membership and click through to the details of the plan. Here, you’ll find information on the start date, next billing date, and subscription cost.
If you choose the monthly subscription and a payment fails, the system will automatically attempt to process the payment again after 7 days. However, if the payment fails twice, your profile will be automatically removed. This process is managed by Mighty Networks, and we are not directly involved. To avoid any disruption, please ensure that your payment card information is valid and up to date.
The co-host will manage the Zoom waiting room and admit registered participants to the virtual session at any time during the group coaching session or masterclass. We kindly ask that you join the Circle Forums on time to ensure a smooth experience.

This is a space where constructive feedback is encouraged, every voice is valued, and individual and collective growth is the goal. By fully engaging, you’ll both contribute to and benefit from the shared insights of an ambitious and inspiring community of artists.
We understand that being part of a group, especially in an online setting, can be intimidating for introverted or shy individuals. Many of us in the arts lean towards introversion, so we recognise that you may prefer to engage at your own pace. You don’t have to speak up in every session, and we encourage you to find ways to contribute when you feel ready. Whether through written participation, joining as an observer, or DMing Rike directly to ask questions on your behalf, there are various ways to ensure you gain value from the programme without feeling overwhelmed.
You will have access 7 days prior to the first coaching session and throughout the entire duration of the Mastermind programme, which spans approximately 6-7 months. We’ll also keep the Network active to use the resource hub and rewatch the recordings for another 4 weeks after the final group coaching session.
As the programme nears its end, we will reach out to each member individually to discuss whether you’d like to extend your participation for another 6 months. Many past cohorts have continued their connections by creating WhatsApp groups, attending each other’s previews, and offering ongoing support online.

Your data stored in Zoom, such as account information and session history, remains under Zoom’s privacy and data protection policies. We do not have access to your personal Zoom data beyond what is shared within the context of the sessions. If you wish to manage or delete your Zoom data, you can do so directly through your Zoom account settings. Please refer to Zoom’s privacy policy for further details on how they handle and protect your information. The session recordings will be stored in the Zoom cloud under Ceri Hand Limited’s account and will be accessible only via a link protected by a password. These recordings will not be shared with anyone outside of the Circle network or team members of Ceri Hand Limited. Your privacy and confidentiality are important to us, and we ensure that access to these recordings is strictly controlled.
